We bought our P5 about 3 years ago and were completely excited to finally get good nights rest and we still to this day cannot find our sleep number constantly adjusting each month. I like a softer side and my husband side is firm. I wake up with tingling hands and arms. Pinched neck. My husband tosses and turns all night and now has developed insomnia due to discomfort. It has really affected our lifestyle and health. We bought the bed on a friends and family discount from a friend of ours and were told the sale was nonrefundable and non transferable. Its a shame we spent nearly $3k with everything and cannot exchange or return. Such a waste of money and we slept better on our former sealy plush innerspring. Too bad so sad. Lesson learned.
