With the Sleep app on Apple Watch, you can create bedtime schedules to help you meet your sleep goals. Wear your watch to bed, and Apple Watch can track your sleep. When you wake up, open the Sleep app to learn how much sleep you got and see your sleep trends over the past 14 days.

The sleep timer feature for Android is officially available on the beta version. You cant find this feature on the original version.
1. Open Apple music on an Android device and select a song to play. On the player interface, click on the vertical three dots menu icon present in the right corner and select the Sleep Timer option.
2. A pop-up menu will appear with the timer option available for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 1 hour. So the user can pick the desired time after which the song would stop playing.
3. If the user wishes to disable the sleep timer on the music application, they can follow the same procedure. But in the timer tab, the users have to scroll down and select the Off option.

Type shutdown -s -t 2700.Here 2700 signifies seconds. In my case, it is 45 minutes, so 2700 seconds. You can change this number to anything you like. Suppose you would like your PC to sleep after 30 minutes, change the number to 1800, and so on.
This is how you can set a sleep timer for Apple Music on different devices. I use my iPhone for music and often use the clock app method.
