Purchased our Sleep Number bed in Sept. 2017, in Sept. 2021 they want me to pay $162 for a sleep number foam topper because theirs has collapse where your shoulders and butt rest.Our bed came with a 20 YEAR warrantee, we used it for 4 years, thats 20% of its life. They want $162 for something I can buy for $60 to $100 anywhere.Their warrantee is worthless, customer service told me her hands were tied and switch me over to a supervisor. I asked her how they done their math ? Said 4 years is a fifth of 20 years, the most I should pay is a fifth of the cost. She hung-up on me. Dont know if she knows math or not ? NOT a good company to do business with !

Unfortunately, it is all too common we hear horror stories when customers have to deal with the customer service department. I sincerely hope you are able to get this resolved as quickly and easily as possible moving forward.

The Process To Diagnose Osa
The patient arrives around 8:30 p.m. and is prepared for the study. Electrodes and monitoring equipment are attached and after regular nighttime routine, the patient is asked to climb in bed around 10:00 p.m. The sleep lab technicians are highly skilled and trained to not only help patients obtain the most information from the sleep test but also to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
A large amount of data is collected during the sleep study. The doctors can determine how deep of a sleep the patient achieved, the amount of times awake, the movement during sleep, the patients heart rate during periods of sleep and much more.
Through the control room, the sleep study staff is able to monitor and watch the patients nighttime sleeping pattern. The sleep lab technician wakes the patient around 5:30 a.m., disconnects the monitoring equipment and sends the patient off for their daily routine. There are private shower facilities for those who plan on going straight to work.

New Stores Including Starbucks Opening Up In Altoona
ALTOONA, Pa. New stores at Park Hills Plaza in Altoona could open as soon as next month.
Last August, the owner of the plaza announced plans to demolish the old Park Hills Theater.
The stores moving in include Starbucks, Sport Clips, and Sleep Number Beds.
The goal is for the Starbucks, which has a drive-thru, to open September 13th, and Sport Clips would follow later in the month.
Theres no word yet on when the Sleep Number store will be up and running.
