As mentioned earlier, caffeine has more global effects than Adderall, which means it will have more physical side effects such as tachycardia or increased body temperature. However, youre likely to be using it anyway, and it probably is better to combine low-dose caffeine and Adderall rather than using more Adderall.
Many of the effects of caffeine are similar to Adderall, albeit with a greater tendency toward physical effects. Clinically significant drug interactions are known with duloxetine , escitalopram , fluoxetine , sertraline , tramadol, levothyroxine, and omeprazole.
This is not a complete list, and I have included only those medicines which are commonly used and have moderate to severe interaction.
If you are on multiple medications you should inform your doctor to personalize your prescription to avoid these interactions.
You may also use online resources to identify any possible interactions between the medicines you may take.

For example, your blood sugar may be too high or too low, which can impact your energy level. Or you may need treatment for another underlying cause of your fatigue.

So I went to the ER today because of being sick and sleep deprived. Ive also been getting strange, yet mostly mild audio and visual hallucinations since I tried going to sleep around 2 last night. They said I had bronchitis and the cough, chest pain, high blood pressure, headaches and nasal sinus congestion was due to it. These are all side effects of adderall overdose as well though. Am I just being paranoid because I havent slept for 4 days? Or could I be having an overdose? Im pretty sure Im just freaking myself out and once I get a long 12 hour sleep ill be feeling better.
