The Sleep Number Beds Are Awful
From the moment we arrived we were most satisifed with the accomodations. We decided to take a nap after our long journey. The sleep number beds were totally uncomfortable. I tried finding my number. I finally ended up dialing a “0” and managed to get some rest. I woke up and my back was killing me. My wife barely got any sleep at all. I have done some research into these beds and have read many reviews done by owners who for the most part say that when purchasing one of these beds, one needs to buy the top of the line version in order to experience a good level of comfort. I believe that Hilton did not purchase the top of the line and of course that is understandable. The sleep number beds at this hotel are most uncomfortable and I suggest they be replaced. Until they are, I will not be returning to this hotel or any that has installed sleep number beds.More

Going with the C2 and adding my own bells and whistles
Very grateful for Candid Reviewer’s advice. We were interested in the C2 after seeing the excellent rating it received from Consumer Reports, with high marks for durability, side and back sleeping. We went to the sleep number store, stuck to our plan and avoided being up- sold, and bought both the recommended fiber topper and a gel topper to experiment with once the C2 arrives. We also are using our old metal frame with a queen-size bunkie board , for a nice savings compared to the $300 foundation from sleep number. More $ for new sheets and bedding!
Not perfect but best mattress I’ve had in….well ever.
I will not buy any other bed again.
Best bed I ever had. I’m a big person 300 Plus pounds…At year 10 the pump went out and I called…they still had my info and sold me a new pump at 1/2 price. It’s went through 2 moves and is still great! My husband is also big so it stands up to heavy folks. Folks on the phone were friendly and helpful. I’m looking now to buy my son one.

Broke down
Mattress broke down in less than six months. Am 65 years old and never had a mattress sag to a point that I needed a body pillow to stay in the bed. Worst ever.
Solid Company
The biggest draw for me was that they offer really kick-ass financing. You can do deals like 4 years no interest, which makes it manageable to upgrade your furniture. I would say that if you’re in the market for a mattress, Denver Mattress is a good place to start!
Buyer Beware
In 2003 my girlfriend and I noticed severe sagging in the middle within 12 months of purchasing a $800 mattress from this company. When we laid in it, we both rolled to the middle of the bed because the bed was like a valley. WE called and complained and a guy came out and measured it with a string across and said he didn’t see any sagging. We laughed and asked him to please lie down in it. He refused and said it would not be covered and all they could offer was $50 credit towards a new one. Total BS. A mattress should last 10-20 years . This company is the worst mattress company in the world. Buyer beware.
